Abstract

The DATAPACK Program creates a systematic and standardized data base of historical weather observations on magnetic tape. Observations received from NWRC, Asheville, North Carolina, and other sources on magnetic tape in a variety of formats are converted and packed on magnetic tape in a standard format. (Author)
