INVESTIGATION OF LITHIUM INTERACTIONS IN IRRADIATED SILICON BY EPR MEASUREMENTS.

Abstract

Silicon, both with and without oxygen, has been diffused with Li to concentrations of 10 to the 16th power/cc and 10 to the 17th power/cc, and has been bombarded with 1-MeV electrons. The ensuing defects have been studied by electron paramagnetic resonance and electrical measurements. Oxygen strongly affects the properties of these defects. (Author)
