PSYCHOSIS DUE TO MUSHROOM POISONING (Psikhoz na Pochve Otravleniya Gribami),

Abstract

A psychosis was observed resulting from mushroom poisoning, which merits attention not only because of the relative rarity of such cases but also because of the acutely expressed autonomic symptoms in the clinical picture. In the follow-up observation of the patient for a period of seven months after her discharge from hospital, residual symptoms of the poisoning were noted, with predominately endocrino-vegetative disturbances.
