FOOD POISONING OF STAPHYLOCOCCAL ETIOLOGY IN THE HOME,

Abstract

A study of staphyloccal food poisonings and the development of measures for their prevention have an undoubtedly great scientific-practical significance. The purpose of the study was to determine the conditions of genesis in the cases of single staphylococcal food intoxications, and secondly, to show the role of colds and impetiginous diseases in the contamination of food products by the enterotoxic strains of staphylococci.
