EVALUATION OF THE ALUMINUM/ALUMINUM COPPER EUTECTIC SKELETAL COMPOSITE SYSTEM AS A STRUCTURAL MATERIAL.

Abstract

The report discusses the results of a development effort to produce a skeletal structural form of an aluminum/aluminum copper eutectic composite material system. The manufacturing technology for this structural form and the influence of processing variables which were investigated are discussed. (Author)
