POPULATION DYNAMICS: FINAL REPORT

Abstract

The document describes the results of an investigation of the feasibility of developing a method for determining the spatio-temporal distribution of the population. A model is described which can be used to determine the location of the population in standard location areas on an hourly basis. Costs for acquisition of the data inputs to the model and processing of the model are estimated, and a method for validating the model is suggested.
