INTRODUCTION AND FIXING OF INFORMATION IN THE HUMAN MEMORY DURING NATURAL SLEEP,

Abstract

The monograph is devoted to a new question which is important in a theoretical and practical respect: the possibility of the introduction and fixing of information in the human memory during natural sleep. The described method has found use in pedagogy (hypnopedia), medicine (hypnopsychotherapy) economics, art, etc. (hypnoinformation). The state and prospects of the development of hypnopedia abroad and in Soviet science are considered, numerous experiments and observations in connection with the teaching of foreign languages are generalised and the principal problems in relation to hypnopedia in the fields of linguistics, psychology, physiology, pedagogy, acoustics, etc. are noted.
