Land as an Element of Housing Costs: The Effects of Public Policies and Practices. The Effects of Housing Demand

The study comprises two separate papers addressing the general problem of the cost of land for low-income housing. The first discusses how public policy affects land costs and the second presents a quantitative model that shows the impact of the demand for housing and the demand for land on the price of land.
