GUIDELINES FOR MANPOWER TRAINING AS DEVELOPED BY THE HUMAN resources research office.

Abstract

The paper describes the Human Resources Research Office organization and its role and mission in Army R and D. There are examples of HumRRO products which are being used by the military. A seven-point generalized procedure for building and testing maintenance training courses is discussed. Functional context training, the approach to the selection and sequencing of course materials, is described. (Author)
