COHERENCE AND FLUCTUATION PROPERTIES OF LIGHT.

Abstract

The report includes work on classical and quantum theories of coherence, theory of photon counting statistics, theory of laser fluctuations, and photoelectric correlation measurements. The research resulted in 12 scientific papers, and summaries of these papers are given. Also listed are 50 lectures dealing with different aspects of the research, which were presented at various times during the period of the contract. (Author)
