DETERMINATION OF THE PARAMETERS OF A COMPRESSION WAVE IN ROCKY GROUND,

Abstract

The authors determined the parameters of a compression wave produced by an underground explosion by measuring the time dependence of the pressure in vertical bore holes filled with water. The measurements were made with tourmaline pickups and the signals recorded. (Author)
