CONCERNING THE MEASUREMENT OF DIELECTRIC PROPERTIES OF LIQUIDS WITH GREAT LOSSES,

Abstract

The microwave bridge method for measurement of the real (epsilon sub 1) and imaginary (epsilon sub 2) parts of the permittivity of liquids with large losses is described. The method is based on the detn. of the distances at which the output signal of the microwave bridge corresponds to the infinite thickness of the measured liquid.
