INVESTIGATIONS OF IONIC SPECIES IN HIGH PRESSURE CESIUM DISCHARGES,

Abstract

Measurements are reported of the ionic species present in active discharges of argon and cesium. The discharges were created using rf and dc excitation. A simple plasma model is used to account for the observed ion current signals. (Author)
