FOR CONTINUOUS CONTROL,

Abstract

The author reports on the practical application of a new type of communications involving the backscattering of ultrashortwaves in the troposphere and ionosphere, offering communications of up to several thousand km. With small radio stations it is possible to effect remote control of powerful radio stations. All communications equipment is protected from random and active jamming and will operate reliably while nuclear and other weapons are being used. (Author)
