SYSTEMS OF BOUNDARY LAYER EQUATIONS FOR AXIALLY SYMMETRIC FLOWS,

Abstract

The report presents a system of boundary layer equations for axially stationary and nonstationary flow around bodies of rotation. The system of boundary layer equations for axially symmetric three-dimensional stationary flow of an incompressible fluid is given. Theorems are obtained on the uniqueness and stability of the solutions, and a study is made of the question of the behavior of the solutions under unlimited time extension. (Author)
