A SHOCK TUBE STUDY OF THE DISSOCIATION RATE OF CN.

Abstract

The decay of CN radiation excited by the shock wave heating of a mixture of BrCN and argon has been studied. The rate of the reaction CN + Ar to C + N + Ar was measured over a temperature range of 7000 to 15,000K. (Author)
