SALARY SCHEMES FOR EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL WHICH REFLECT SCHOOL-DISTRICT PRIORITIES,

Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to present an analytical method which could be used by school districts for salary evaluation of professional personnel. The method is based upon linear programming techniques. Derivation is given of the linear programming salary evaluation model and its application to a school district salary structure. (Author)
