Abstract
The book discusses mathematical methods of representing electromagnetic wave polarization. Polarization properties of radar targets are analyzed. Various polarization devices are described and recommendations given on their application. All the information previously published in Soviet and non-Soviet literature is summarized. Original results obtained by the authors are also presented. (Author)
