THE QUESTION OF OPTIMUM FREQUENCY AND ACCURACY OF METEOROLOGICAL MEASUREMENTS.

Abstract

The author presents a new approach to the optimal organization of a system of meteorological observations in order to attain optimum frequency and accuracy of observations. The disturbances in the meteorological fields regardless of their nature are considered as individual configurations which can be characterized by geometrical dimensions. (Author)
