DISCOLORING AND BREAKDOWN OF BARIUM TITANATE,

Abstract

A study is made of the phenomenon of spontaneous increase of current in powerful fields in barium titanate. Its connection with the movement of color centers is established. The injection of electrons leads to an increase of the number of f-centers, which weakens the electric strength of the specimen. (Author)
