ROCKET ENGINES,

Abstract

Informational article explains mechanism of the fuel and oxidizing agent burning in the combustion chamber leading to the creation of thrust. It mentions the two important component parts of liquid fuel generators. Possible combinations of various parts of the rocket are listed. Speed error for the rocket mentioned is quite low. Comparison of thrust produced by Russian and U.S. combustion chambers is made. Problems in raising thrust are listed. The use of a testing platform is mentioned, before rocket can be fired. (Author)
