Abstract

The document considers that the analysts must further enlarge their concept of what constitutes acceptable analysis and seek ways to adapt it to a new decision making environment; public officials must tie the systems approach into the policy making system, giving it status and responsibility, and provide the support that is needed to make proper use of it.
