TURBIDIMETRIC METHOD FOR THE DETERMINATION OF BETA-LIPOPROTEIN AND CHYLOMICRONS IN BLOOD SERUM AND TISSUES

Abstract

In this report a method is proposed for the separate determination of beta-lipoproteins and chylomicrons, and also a method is cited for the construction of a standard curve which would make it possible to obtain more accurate data on the content of beta-lipoproteins.
