ANTIGENIC DIFFERENCES BETWEEN CELLS OF A TRANSPLANTED STRAIN OF A HUMAN LEUKEMIA CULTURE (G-96) AND CELLS OF A COXSACKIE B VIRUS-RESISTANT CLONE OBTAINED FROM THIS CULTURE

Abstract

By means of cytotoxic test, gel precipitation test and anaphylaxy test with desensitization it was shown that antigenic differences between the cultures under study consist in different quantities of individual components in the antigenic complex of the cells.
