DETECTING SOURCES OF BINDING ON THE FRICTION SURFACES OF MACHINE PARTS BY SPECTRAL ANALYSIS,

Abstract

The article describes a method of detecting sources of binding on the surfaces of a friction pair by using spectral analysis. The results are given an investigation of the rules of metal transfer in a friction pair under conditions of lubrication and dry friction. Results are given of the investigation of friction surfaces of the materials in real friction units of machines. (Author)
