BIOCHEMICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL FACTORS OF THE IMMUNE RESPONSE.

Abstract

The work performed under this contract has been concerned directly and primarily with multiple facets of antibody production by animals exposed and adapted to environmental extremes. In order to obtain a clearer understanding of host-parasite phenomena, our studies have necessitated detailed investigations of the inter-relationships of endocrine imbalance, environmental stress and antibody formation.
