LONG-TERM STORAGE OF MICROORGANISMS,

Abstract

Three methods are tested for long-term storage of microorganisms which are active producers of proteolytic enzymes: transplantation, storage in dense nutrient media under vaseline oil, and lyophillic drying. The second method is found to be the best. (Author)
