PROPAGATION OF THE VACCINAL STRAIN OF HOOF AND MOUTH DISEASE VIRUS IN THE CULTURE OF VARIOUS CELLS,

Abstract

A monolayer culture of hog embryo kidney cells and cells of the transplantable PP, SPEV, and VNK-21 lines is highly sensitive to modified hoof and mouth disease virus type A. The virus has been titrated by means of its plaque-forming ability in this culture. (Author)
