MARINE BIOLOGICAL AND OCEANOGRAPHICAL RESEARCH IN THE RED SEA.
Abstract
The report describes several Research Programs performed in the Red Sea that deal with marine biology and oceanography. Preliminary descriptions are given for the various animal communities that occur on various horizons of the coral reefs, sandy bays and mangrove swamps. Together with this, special papers of food of crinoids and animals associated with them, as well as others, are summarized. A special part deals with lists of animal species that were collected and identified in the Red Sea during 1966 to 1968. (Author)
