MONOGRAPH ON RIGHTS IN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Abstract

The purpose of the monograph is two-fold: (1) to inform the reader of the opportunities and services available to a Government employee interested in obtaining a patent on his invention; of the policies and problems involved; of the employee's rights and his responsibilities to the Government; and of the great need for inventive effort within the Government, and particularly within the research and development field; and (2) to furnish guidance to a Government employee who desires to patent his invention.
