Abstract

The purpose of this report is to propose and outline some new analytic tools for applying social information to systems planning and systems evaluation in civil defense. As one of a series of related reports on the social dimensions of civil defense systems analysis, this report builds on more general work which has been reported at earlier times. (Author)
