JOINING RWMA GA-C3 COPPER FOR RESISTANCE WELDING JIGS AND FIXTURES,

Abstract

The report gives results and recommendations for various methods of joining RWMA-GA-C3 copper electrode material to obtain extra long electrodes to satisfy special tooling requirements for resistance welding operations. Hardness and electrical conductivity losses are shown for the different methods. Recommendations are given for restoring losses by heat-treatment. (Author)
