RELIABILITY STUDIES ON JET TRANSPORT AIRCRAFT.

Abstract

The purpose of the reliability study program was threefold: first, the determination of component reliability data through the analysis of all available materiel and information; second, the formulation of reliability equations to translate component reliability data into system reliability; and finally, the determination of a method of utilizing reliability data for estimating spares requirements.
