Abstract

The study is part of continuing Navy research on Group 4 trainability, intended to maximize the utilization and integration of marginal personnel in the fleet. Specifically the study investigated the feasibility of teaching Group 4 personnel a course in the operation of the AN/PSM-4 multimeter, and evaluated the relative effectiveness of two different instructional methods.
