ON ACTIVITY OF THE ALL-UNION SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION CENTER.

Abstract

For the purpose of better informing specialists about scientific research works carried out, the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Council of Ministers of the USSR approved instruction 'About state registration of open scientific research works, presentation on it of reports and abstracts to the All-Union Scientific and Technical Information Center and dissemination of information by that Center.' The basic functions of the Center and the order of presentation on state registration of information about open scientific research works are listed. (Author)
