BASIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BOUNDARY LAYER OF THE ATMOSPHERE OVER CERTAIN REGIONS OF EASTERN GEORGIA,

Abstract

The height H sub n of the boundary layer of the atmosphere and the mean turbulence coefficient K were determined for two regions in Georgia -- Tbilisi and the Alazanskaya Valley. The initial data were obtained by radiosonde observations at Tbilisi in 1960-1964 and at Suispiri village in the summer months of 1958-1962.
