DEVELOPMENT AND STANDARDIZATION OF THE AIRMAN CLASSIFICATION TEST - 1968,

Abstract

The Airman Classification Test is used by the United States Air Force for all airman classification programs except selective enlistment. It yields four aptitude indexes comparable to those of the Airman Qualifying Examination: Mechanical, administrative, general, and electronics. The ACT-68 may be scored by hand or by machine. Modification and simplification of the scoring system should result in increased ease of administration and economy when the test is scored in the field. (Author)
