ONR STRUCTURAL COMPUTER PROGRAMS PROJECT (STORE).

Abstract

The concept of a library of computer programs dealing with structural mechanics that can be readily accessed by all interested Navy agencies and field offices was investigated. This concept, identified as the Structures Oriented Exchange (STORE), would provide the maximum utilization of structural mechanics computer programs developed by and for the Navy. The objectives, requirements, and performance characteristics of the STORE computer program library system are discussed. (Author)
