AN EFFECT OF HIGH FIELDS ON THIN LAYERS OF InSb,

Abstract

Measurements on thin films of InSb are reported. High voltage pulses over the samples cause a surface pattern to show up. It has a periodicity perpendicular to the current direction of the same order as the thickness of the samples. (Author)
