STUDIES ON ACTIVE SOLAR REGIONS WITH A VIEW TOWARD FLARE PRODUCTIVITY.

Abstract

The report is a very brief summary of the various investigations on active solar regions, and a list of conclusions reached. One conclusion that is pointed out is that there is a good correlation between the length of neutral lines in the magnetic field in active regions and the flare productivity of the region. (Author)
