SUPER HIGH-FREQUENCY AND INFRARED RADIATION MODULATOR, CLASS 21,

Abstract

A super high-frequency and infrared radiation modulator made in the form of a wave guide by using a semi-conductor plate, characterized by the fact that, in order to simplify the construction and reception of the greatest transverse difference in potentials and surfaces of the plate, it is made, for example, of a monocrystal of germanium so that its wide edges lie in a plane (110), but the direction of the current forms an angle of 30 degrees with the direction (001).
