HUMAN FACTORS ENGINEERING DESIGN STANDARD FOR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS AND RELATED EQUIPMENT.

Abstract

The purpose of this standard is to provide human factors engineering design principles and detailed criteria. The design principles are expressed as general rules and applicable during communication system research and development programs, or as essential items to be considered during design, to insure the incorporation of sound human factors engineering practices. The detailed criteria consist of dimensions, ranges, tolerances and other specific data. (Author)
