POTENTIAL ANTIMALARIAL COMPOUNDS.

Abstract

The purpose of the work was the synthesis of antimalarial compounds, whose structures were based on the model system: 1,4-bis(trichloromethyl)benzene. The syntheses were achieved using contempory organic chemistry methodology. No conclusions relating molecular structure with antimalarial activity are offered. (Author)
