THE TRANSMITTING CAPACITY OF MEASURED SYSTEMS IN TRANSMITTING A MULTIDIMENSIONAL SIGNAL WITH CORRELATED COMPONENTS,

Abstract

This translation deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of raising the efficiency of multichannel systems of information transmission. This is done through a fuller utilization of the statistics of instantaneous values of transmitted signals. Also included is the method of multichannel time-pulse modulation. Changing the duration of channel intervals according to the instantaneous values of the transmitted signal is used to increase the system's number of channels. (Author)
