FOLDING FIELD MEDICAL EXAMINING AND TREATMENT TABLE.

Abstract

Development of the new Air Transportable Hospital in the Medical Systems Division of the USAF School of Aerospace Medicine revealed the need for a simple but sturdy examining and minor treatment table. A lightweight aluminum table was developed to fill this need. The use of adjustable end supports permits adjustment of the table to several different positions. The table can be erected or folded easily by one person without extensive instruction. (Author)
