POTATO BOUQUET,
Abstract
The production of such potato products as doughnuts, mashed potatoes, etc. -- 'instant products' -- is insufficient to meet public needs. The products meet consumer requirements with respect to quality, except mashed potatoes. Increased output and establishmnet of retail outlets by the plants -- for customer evaluation and sale -- are suggested. (Author)
