GEOGRAPHY AND PROPERTIES OF SURFACES. A MINIMUM PATH PROBLEM RECONSIDERED.

Abstract

The methodology for generalization of spatial distributions suggests a new solution for the determination of minimum paths between any two points covered by the distribution. Previous solutions required the collection of information about each point of from at least two points. The paper discusses a solution when the information related to any one point suffices for the determination of all paths. (Author)
