A GENERAL SYSTEMS APPROACH TO USES OF BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES FOR BETTER POLICYMAKING

Abstract

The paper is devoted to an examination of the uses of behavioral sciences for better policymaking. It is described as prescriptive in orientation, trying to utilize a general systems theory framework of the relations between public policymaking and behavioral sciences in order to identify changes required for better policymaking.
