PREDICTION OF LIFETIMES OF NYLON SAMPLES AT VARIOUS STRESS LEVELS.

Abstract

Several kinetic methods and a superposition procedure were applied to static mechanical property data for glass-filled nylons. The correlations were reasonably satisfactory. It is shown how lifetimes of the materials may be calculated. (Author)
