PULSE SELECTION FOR MEASURING THE AIR FLOW RATE IN GAS TURBINE ENGINE GOVERNORS,

Abstract

Two methods are reviewed of measuring air flow rates in gas turbine engine governors. The methods, consisting of measuring the air pressure behind the compressor and or of measuring the rpm of the turbo-compressor, are analyzed and compared. (Author)
